EEG Technician Job in Burlingame, CA

You will work as an EEG Technician at Sutter Health Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per day
• Shift times: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required Monday through Friday post-shift until 8:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $1,982.02

Role and Responsibilities

You will perform EEG testing and related neurodiagnostic procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including ICU and emergency department environments. You will treat patients across all age groups—adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 3 years of EEG technician experience
• Current R.EEGT certification required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required, including ICU and ER settings
• Experience with: Adult ICU, Adult Inpatient, Adult Outpatient, Ambulatory EEG, Electrode Placement, Emergency Department, Portable Recording, Seizure Studies, Sleep Deprived EEG, Sleep EEG, Long Term Monitoring/Video Monitoring, Assist with EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies, Auditory Evoked Potential, Visual Evoked Potential, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEP), and ECI Brain Death

Preferred Skills

• Epic charting system experience
