Physical Therapist Job in Fort Myers, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment at Lynch Building—Outpatient Center in Fort Myers, FL. You will deliver outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services to patients from birth through age 3, including NICU graduates and children with developmental disabilities, genetic conditions, and autism spectrum disorders.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Fluctuating schedule between 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to flex to 40 hours based on patient volume
• $2,971.10 weekly pay
• Assignment begins May 18, 2026

Role Responsibilities

• Function as a core staff member in the outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting
• Provide direct patient care and clinical treatment
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation
• Demonstrate flexibility; floating between units may be required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher
• 2+ years of pediatric physical therapy rehabilitation experience
• Hospital or medical-based clinical experience
• BLS certification
• Prior travel healthcare experience
• Comfort working with the 0–3 age population

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic experience
