Operating Room RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at CHRISTUS St Vincent Physicians Medical Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 4x10 hour day shifts, running from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Assignment Details

• Primary assignment at the PMC location with the possibility of floating to Main campus OR as staffing needs require
• No weekend requirement, but you may volunteer for call at Main campus
• No on-call requirement; however, you are expected to stay and finish scheduled cases if they run past block time

Your Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide patient and family education
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed

Requirements

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification via AHA
• ACLS Certification via AHA
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred

Your weekly pay is $2,323.20, with an assignment start date of May 18, 2026.
