Operating Room RN Job in Charleston, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Operating Room at MUSC Health Charleston. This is a 91-day position beginning July 6, 2026.

Position Details:

• Work 3x12-hour mid shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• On-call requirement: up to 2 call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) per month, typically on Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend requirement: up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks
• Holiday requirement: you will work at least one holiday period (Christmas or New Year's)
• Guaranteed hours with facility call-off allowance of 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units or sister facilities as required

Clinical Scope:

You will serve patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups in a Level 1 trauma setting. RNs in this role are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. Scrub experience is strongly preferred. The facility uses EPIC for charting and provides scrub colors.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• 2 years of OR experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers accepted
• Radiation Badge certification (provided by agency)

Compensation:

Weekly pay: $1,892.16
