Job Details:

• Backfill contract position for 13 weeks
• Saturday through Monday schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Variable shift lengths including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on need
• Call requirements included
• Weekend work possible based on facility needs
• Work in 11 operating rooms with 1:1 patient ratios
• Must have general surgery, orthopedic, and neurosurgery experience
• Minimum one year of basic general OR knowledge required
• CVOR candidates must have at least two years of CVOR experience including all adult open heart cases, open and endovascular cases
• Must be willing to work with catheterization lab on TAVR procedures
• Trauma experience preferred for both RN and Tech roles
• Vascular surgery experience preferred including fistula creations and endarterectomy surgery
• Work with varied OR equipment including microscopes, Robot DaVinci Xi, Mako Robot, laparoscopic Stryker tower, Stealth, and endovascular hybrid room equipment
• Electronic medical record system: Meditech
• Light blue scrubs provided
• Must be flexible working in different types of rooms with various cases
• May assist in training new graduate techs or RNs
• Typical procedures include X-lif, A-lif, decompression, ACDF, craniotomy, robotic surgery, orthopedic trauma, total joints, general open and laparoscopic surgery, CABG, valve surgeries, aorta surgeries, TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases
