Job Details:

• Provide clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
• Progress patient treatment as appropriate and carry patient load that reflects productivity standards
• Evaluate patients accurately and plan appropriate treatment
• Set and meet functional goals, revise and progress treatment programs as goals are met
• Maintain appropriate treatment records and complete accurate daily patient charges
• Complete patient records in a timely (same day) time frame
• Accurately reflect in patient charges the time spent and procedures performed as well as equipment used
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings
• Provide instruction (teaching) to patients and/or family members, as well as other healthcare providers
• Follow care path guidelines for patient/family education and documentation of home programs
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments
• Delegate patients to RPTA or other support personnel as appropriate
• Assist with physical therapy observers, volunteers, and students as requested
• Assist with training of new physical therapy employees
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
• 0-6 months of related experience required
• Must have effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge required for data input and reporting
