CT Technologist

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 3 call days required monthly
• Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologists in diagnostic CT scan procedures
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist in throughput of emergency room, inpatients, and outpatients
• Administer IV contrast materials under the direction of the radiologist
• Must be proficient in the use of CT scanning and contrast injecting equipment
• Provide advanced imaging support for trauma, stroke, and code aorta cases
• Manage care prioritization with rapidly changing patient volumes
• Provide optimal patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift per schedule period
• Minimum two years of clinical CT experience required
• Trauma experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required licenses: ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), and State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography
• Required certifications: AHA BLS
