CVOR Technologist Job in Winston Salem, NC

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a CVOR Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work in a 3-room cardiovascular operating room unit serving adult and geriatric patients.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call requirements: approximately 10 shifts per month, including one weekend per month
• Weekly pay: $2,270.88
• Start date: May 18, 2026

What You'll Do:

You will scrub and circulate for a wide range of cardiovascular and thoracic procedures including CABG with and without valve repair or replacement, aortic and mitral valve surgery, TAVR, ascending aortic aneurysm repair, carotid endarterectomy, robotic thoracic surgery, VATS, thoracotomy, mediastinoscopy, and others. The facility will provide 36 hours of orientation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• BCLS, Circulate, and Scrub certifications required
• NC or Compact license required
• CNOR certification preferred
• EPIC charting system experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Scrubs provided by the facility
• You must complete 8–10 hours of modules before your start date and annually thereafter
• Fatigue policy: you cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or more than 60 hours per week
• You may float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals based on census and skill set
• An interview is required before an offer is extended
