Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU on 6th floor
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
• Must have 2+ years Level III or higher NICU experience
• Required certification: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Preferred certifications: Stable and NIC-RNC
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Work every other weekend
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Use Cerner EMR system
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• Day shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 respiratory therapists, and tech support
• Night shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, and 2 respiratory therapists
