CVOR RN Job in Lebanon, NH

D-H Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for our Cardiothoracic Operating Room (CVOR) in Lebanon, NH. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4 shifts of 10-hour day shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $3,250
• On-call responsibilities: 1–2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month as part of a 2-person team

Role Requirements

You must have a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience and demonstrated competency in scrubbing and circulating the following procedures:

• CABG
• MVR/AVR/TVR
• Robotic MVR (RMVR) and Robotic AVR (RAVR)
• Aortic dissections
• Aneurysm repairs
• Root replacements
• TAVRs
• Laser lead extractions

You will provide care to patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Please note that heart transplants are not performed at this facility.

Float Responsibilities

You must demonstrate willingness and appropriate skill set to float to the MOR (Main Operating Room) during periods of low CVOR census. CVOR and MOR operate within the same cost center, and flexibility in this area is expected.
