Ob/Gyn Sonographer Job in Mountain View, CA

You will work as an Ultrasound Technician in the Maternal and Fetal Medicine department at Sutter Health Mountain View. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5 × 8-hour day shifts, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM with variable days off
• Weekly pay: $2,892.67
• Patient ratio: 8:1 during day shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging on high-risk pregnancies from first through third trimester
• Conduct specialized sonography procedures including nuchal translucency scans, biophysical profiles, detailed level II anatomy scans, multiple gestation imaging, umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery doppler studies, and transvaginal scans
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physicians and healthcare providers
• Support clinical decision-making for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an OB ultrasound technician
• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (waived if ARDMS certified)
• Current ARDMS Fetal Echo certification and ARDMS OB/GYN certification
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Travel experience required
• Available to begin lab work within 3–5 days of contract signing
• Ability to provide 7-year work history verification and 2 references from within the past year

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic charting experience
• Charge role experience
