About the Role

You will deliver one-on-one, hands-on physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Your responsibilities include sports medicine, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation services. You will perform manual therapy techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, trigger point dry needling using clean needle technique, and administer treatment modalities including iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, taping, and cupping.

Additional duties include guiding patients through therapeutic exercise programs with an emphasis on corrective exercise and functional movement, conducting biomechanical evaluations, assisting with custom orthotics fitting, supporting balance and fall prevention programs, and providing occupational health services such as work conditioning, ergonomic evaluations, and functional capacity assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current physical therapy experience required; new graduates will not be considered
• Outpatient experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
• Active New Hampshire physical therapy license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Physical therapy skills checklist required
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
