CVOR RN Job in Fort Myers, FL

Position Overview

You will work 10-hour day shifts with call responsibilities as part of the core surgical staff. This 89-day assignment runs from May 18, 2026, and offers you the chance to integrate into an established unit culture while maintaining your clinical skills in a high-acuity environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Demonstrated competency in both scrub and circulate roles
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room
• Function as scrub nurse and circulating nurse as assigned
• Work with the Epic EMR system
• Accept floating assignments; travelers are prioritized for float pool duties and may float to sister campuses
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perfusion teams

Assignment Details

You will earn $2,835.90 per week on a 4x10 day schedule. No block scheduling is available for this position. Floating is required, and you should be prepared to support other units within the 50-mile radius as needed. The facility operates under the 50-mile radius rule from your permanent address.
