Special Procedures Technologist

Opportunity:

Technologist - Interventional Radiology (IR)

Job Details:

• On-call schedule with 6-8 days of call including every 4th/5th weekend based on staffing needs
• Variable weekend schedule based on call rotation
• Minimum 18 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
• Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting preferred
• Proficiency in endovascular procedures preferred
• Experience in thrombolytics required
• Active ARRT or RCIS/CCI certification required
• Iowa Radiology license highly preferred; licensing candidates will be considered
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Skills checklist specific to interventional vascular/IR lab discipline required
• Work history must reflect 24 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred
• Valid driver's license required
