NICU RN Job in Asheville, NC

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Level III or higher NICU experience required, 2 years or more preferred
• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 depending on acuity
• Day shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 respiratory therapists, and a tech
• Night shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, and 2 respiratory therapists
• Every other weekend requirement
• Floating may be required to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only)
• EMR system: Cerner
• Required certification: NRP
• Preferred certifications: Stable and NIC-RNC
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
• Detail-oriented and organized personality a strong fit for this unit
