Opportunity:

RN - Oncology

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday clinic schedule with no weekend or major holiday requirements
• Work in a 16-chair infusion unit with a 4:1 patient ratio
• No unit secretaries or technicians available on unit
• Utilize Alaris Pumps for patient care
• Document using MediTech Expanse system
• May float to TCT Infusion (716 department) with orientation provided prior to floating
• Access Port-A-Cath using sterile technique
• Obtain peripheral venous access
• Administer chemotherapy treatments
• Provide IV hydration and electrolyte repletions
• Obtain height, weight, and vital signs
• Draw labs using central venous catheter or peripherally
• Chemotherapy patient experience required
• Chemo Certification by ONS provider required
• Solid colored scrubs required in Navy, Lavender, Pink, Black, or Teal
