Occupational Therapist Job in San Jose, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel position at Creekside Post-Acute in San Jose, California. This is a quick-start opportunity in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment where you will deliver occupational therapy services to patients working toward functional recovery and independence.

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with alternating weekend rotation
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Rotating shift assignment
• 42-week contract beginning May 1, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,569.60

Your Role:

You will provide occupational therapy services focused on rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. Your work will support patients in achieving functional improvement and meeting their recovery goals within a post-acute care setting. Skilled nursing experience is preferred for this role.
