RN - CVOR

Job Details:

• Rapid response position with 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Monday through Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• On-call requirements include staying late 1-2 times per week
• 4-bed unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Documentation system: Cerner
• Equipment used includes GE Carescape Monitoring and Fuji ultrasound
• Floating policy within scope of practice and experience
• Critical care experience required; PreOp experience a plus
• Perform large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, and skin assessments
• Assist with arterial line, central line, and epidural placement
• Transport patients to OR and assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep
• Must demonstrate excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills with interdepartmental teams required
• Proficiency with BCMA required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Uniform/scrubs provided
