<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech Cardiac</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in the Operating Room providing cardiac care to surgical and procedural sedation patients<br>• Serve patient population including pediatrics, adolescents, adults and elderly patients<br>• Collaborate with variety of provider specialties caring for both outpatient and inpatient procedures<br>• One year scrubbing CVOR/Open Heart procedures experience required<br>• Current documentation of certification to practice surgical technology in Oregon required<br>• Must meet one of three qualification options: armed forces/Public Health Service training, CAAHEP/ABHES accredited program completion, or 2+ years practice experience between 2014-2017<br>• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required<br>• Successful completion of 16 hours continuing education every two years for medical-surgical practice<br>• NBSTSA certification required for certain qualification pathways<br>• Experience or training in computer applications preferred<br>• Must be available for interview scheduling coordination</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This regional medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac surgery program within their Operating Room department.
