PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Outpatient physical therapy position with no on-call responsibilities
• Perform 45-minute evaluation sessions and 30 to 45-minute treatment sessions based on diagnosis
• Treat one patient at a time with a typical daily load of 2 to 3 evaluations plus remaining day filled with treatment sessions
• Weekend schedule to be determined with holidays required if needed
• Must be willing to work at least one holiday block: Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, or New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after
• Patient population is primarily adult, but experience with all age groups is welcome
• Evaluate and treat patients with cancer-related impairments such as pain, fatigue, lymphedema, and functional limitations
• Create individualized, evidence-based exercise programs and provide patient education
• Manage musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across the cancer continuum from diagnosis through rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care
• Help patients build strength, regain mobility, improve balance, reduce pain, and prevent future injury
• Coordinate care with oncologists and other members of the care team
• Previous training and competency in standard PT modalities including E-stim and ultrasound expected; device-specific training will be provided
• Minimum 2+ years of current PT experience required; no new graduates
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Expro experience required
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment
• New Hampshire physical therapy license must be in hand at time of profile upload
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color or business casual attire; athleisure and stretchy clothing acceptable but no leggings, crop shirts, open-toe shoes, or open-back shoes
• All requested time off must be noted and verified at time of upload; no more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Traveler must have voicemail set up on their phone
