Telemetry RN Job in Hartford, CT

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center in Hartford, CT is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 90-day travel assignment in their telemetry unit. This is a full-time position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, on the night schedule.

Position Details

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Respond promptly to cardiac monitoring alarms and changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and care provided in the medical record
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout your shift

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Connecticut
• Experience in telemetry, cardiac monitoring, or medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Ability to work night shift hours
