Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts only with day/night rotating schedule: 7:00 PM-7:30 AM/7:00 AM-7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Med/Surg Telemetry position with potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for same patient population
• Must have minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must work at least every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Two attempts maximum to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Hours worked submitted through Qualivis Lotus system
• Complete badge pickup and onsite fingerprints at facility prior to start date
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
