PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Monday through Thursday schedule with no weekends and no call required
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Piedmont Rockdale as needed
• 1 year of minimum experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• See 1 patient per 45 minutes
• Daily census of 9 patients
• Primarily seeking experienced Pelvic Health PT; may also see non-Pelvic Health patients
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Required skills include: Acute Care, Body Mechanics, Cervicalgia, Cognitive Disorders, Home Exercise Program, Low Back Pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Outpatient Clinic, Parkinson's Disease, Patient/Family Education, Pelvic Floor Training, Post-Op Cervical Surgery, Post-Op Shoulder Repair, Post-Op Spinal Surgery, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Spinal Conditions, Spinal Cord Injury, Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, and Traumatic Brain Injury
• Special equipment required: CTS2000
• Charting system experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Georgia license must be in hand at time of submission
• Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
• If major holidays fall within the assignment period, traveler is expected to work them per holiday policy
• Interpretation services available as interdisciplinary support
