ICU RN Job in Sioux City, IA

You'll work as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at UnityPoint - St. Luke's Downtown in Sioux City, Iowa. This is a temporary position running 91 days, starting June 22, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 night shifts on a NBO (night, between, off) rotation
• Work every third weekend
• Weekly pay: $2,332.80
• Charge/preceptor differential available at $6/hour
• On-call availability at $9/hour

Role Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical care as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Care for cardiac, trauma, and neurology patients
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Participate in patient care management and clinical decision-making

Requirements

• Current Iowa nursing license (compact state license accepted)
• At least 2 years of previous ICU experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Current CPI certification
• EPIC EMR system experience
• TNCC preferred; must obtain if extending assignment
