RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM
• Variable schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• Requested time off blackout dates: December 24 through December 25
• 1+ year of experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Wound Care required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• 45-bed unit
• EMR system: Medhost
• Dress code: Dark Navy Blue scrubs
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility
