PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated RN (Registered Nurse) for a 90-day travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. You will work the night shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts, with a weekly pay of $2,059.20. Your start date is July 13, 2026.

About the Role

As a PCU RN, you will provide intermediate-level patient care to individuals who require more intensive monitoring than general medical floors but do not need full ICU-level support. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for your assigned patients while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients continuously and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Assess vital signs and clinical status regularly
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to protocols
• Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Provide education to patients and families regarding their care and recovery
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, therapists, and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (may be preferred or required by facility)
