OR RN Job in Johnson, AR

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Willow Creek Women's Hospital. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4 ten-hour day shifts per week, Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Experience and Credentials

• 2+ years of OR RN experience required
• Experience with Orthopedic, Plastics, and OB/GYN cases preferred
• Current RN license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

Your Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in patient care
• Work as a member of the surgical team alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other personnel
• Ensure surgical supplies are available and cases proceed on schedule
• Communicate with patient families throughout the surgical process
• Update physician preference cards and maintain accurate documentation
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care in the operating room
• Follow State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies
• Provide comprehensive patient care according to physician orders and departmental procedures
