• Speech-Language Pathologist position providing therapeutic services to patients
• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing facility setting
