PCU RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

You'll join OU Health's Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse, working a 3x12 night schedule. This role places you at the center of intermediate-level patient care—managing patients who require more intensive monitoring and treatment than general medical-surgical units provide, but less than critical care settings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications and manage medication-related therapies
• Coordinate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patients continuously to detect complications early
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes

This is a 96-week travel assignment starting May 18, 2026. You'll earn $2,397.60 per week as an RN with an active, unrestricted license. OU Health offers a supportive environment where your clinical judgment and communication skills directly impact intermediate-care patient recovery.
