Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts with call requirements to provide optimal block coverage
• Handle fast-paced outpatient cases with quick turnover times
• Work in 10 OR suites on 2 West focusing on day surgery procedures
• Average 80-120 cases per day across multiple service lines
• Participate in ENT procedures (2 rooms daily), Ophthalmology cases (2 rooms daily), Orthopedic surgeries including sports medicine and revisions, GYN procedures, and Urology cases
• No robotics cases performed in this unit due to smaller room sizes
• Scrubs provided for OR staff
• Strong ambulatory surgery experience preferred for 2 West assignment
• Level I Trauma Center with 24/7 poly trauma response capability
• Work with all service lines including major orthopedics, neurosurgery, bariatric procedures, ENT reconstruction, and various ophthalmology procedures
• Orientation provided every two weeks on non-NEO weeks
• EPIC charting system utilized
• BSN degree not required
• BLS Certification required
• 2 shift cancellation policy per 13-week contract
• Must have driver's license address outside 50 miles from facility
• Can only submit to one position at a time across entire health system
