NICU Registered Nurse Job in Canton, GA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, GA. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning April 6, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly pay: $1,759.71

Role Responsibilities

You will provide direct care to neonates with medical and surgical problems in the Special Care Nursery (SCN). You will manage care for infants born at the facility as well as evaluate and care for potential transfers from other hospitals on a case-by-case basis.

Equipment and Clinical Environment

You will work with specialized neonatal equipment including:

• ReCam ophthalmic imaging system
• Cardiac monitors
• Warmer beds
• Isolettes

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU specialty
• BLS certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
