Operating Room RN Job

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at THOP Memorial Campus - 069, providing direct clinical care to surgical patients on a per-shift basis. This is a 91-day assignment with a start date of June 11, 2026.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for surgical patients
• Supervise clinical staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and maintain high-quality nursing standards
• Manage resources effectively related to patient care delivery
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining safe and appropriate nursing care
• Manage unit-level responsibilities for comprehensive patient care

Schedule and compensation:

• Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour days (06:00–14:30)
• Weekly pay: $2,246.40
• Assignment duration: 91 days (approximately 13 weeks)

You will be expected to work within established clinical protocols and support the facility's commitment to safe, high-quality surgical nursing care. This role requires you to balance direct patient care with team leadership and resource management in a fast-paced surgical environment.
