Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Lebanon, OR

You will evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Working in an outpatient setting at Samaritan Lebanon, you'll deliver comprehensive physical therapy services across multiple specialties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sports and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Pediatric rehabilitation
• Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
• Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
• Wheelchair seating and positioning
• Neck, back, and extremity care

You will travel to multiple points of care to serve patients throughout the facility's outpatient network. This position offers a 4x10 day schedule, giving you structured hours while maintaining flexibility in your weekly routine.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
