Job Details:

• 2+ years of RN OR experience required
• Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB experience preferred
• Contract duration from now until Friday 11/14/25
• If contract extends past this date, transition to 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with non-consecutive working days and random day off Monday through Friday
• One weeknight call requirement every week from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• One weekend on call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Day call weekend: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
• Night call weekend: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night
• Holiday assignments required if not contracted off
• Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required with LARA and Nursys verification
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
• Perform general elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures across various surgical specialties
