Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Osage Beach, MO

Lake Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse with cardiac catheterization laboratory experience for a 91-day travel assignment in Osage Beach, Missouri. You'll earn $3,291 weekly and work in an acute care setting.

Position Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 5 days per week, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
• On-call responsibility: Approximately 30% call coverage with Monday–Thursday weekday calls from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM and weekend calls from 4:00 PM Friday through 7:30 AM Monday
• Response time: 30 minutes required; overnight call room available
• Cancellation policy: 1 shift per 4 weeks
• Average caseload: 8 cases per weekday, 6 cases per weekend day
• Charting system: MEDITECH

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years cardiac catheterization laboratory experience
• Required credentials: ARRT or RCIS
• BLS and ACLS certification
• BSN not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with left heart catheterization (LHC), left ventricular ejection fraction (LERO), and right heart catheterization (RHC)
• Experience with pacemaker (PM), implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), and bi-ventricular (BI-V) insertion procedures
• Proficiency with Xper charting; providers without Xper experience will circulate and scrub rather than monitor cases
• Hands-on experience with Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), Shockwave, and Rotablation equipment
