OR Registered Nurse Job in Weston, FL

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You will work 4x10-hour day shifts (6:45 AM to 5:15 PM) with on-call responsibilities, earning $2,556 weekly. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 18-room operating suite serving 55–60 patients daily
• Support liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures as the primary focus
• Participate in organ transplantation into new patients (not harvesting alone)
• Operate MISONIX/CUSA equipment proficiently
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility demands
• Assist with teaching responsibilities for students and new staff
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years direct liver or transplant OR experience
• Strong, non-negotiable experience in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant cases
• Current BLS and AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification at time of submission
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Nicotine-free status with passing 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen
• Ability to complete 40-hour orientation plus 6–15 hours of time-sensitive modules before start
• Willingness to submit all time-off requests upfront at application

What to Expect:

• Guaranteed 36 hours weekly across scheduled shifts
• On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts monthly
• Charting via EPIC system
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
• EKG and pharmacy assessments during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each)
