URGENT*** Physical Therapy Assistant (CA) Oakland

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapy Assistant</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Minimum 1 year of professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience required<br>• Home health experience preferred<br>• Coverage territory includes Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) and Area #1 (Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City)<br>• Two schedule options available: Guaranteed Hours (36 hours with minimum 30 points per week productivity requirement) or Non-Guaranteed Hours (per visit basis)<br>• Must be willing to travel outside service area occasionally and work weekends if required<br>• Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients<br>• Payment calculated on per visit basis with routine visits equal to 1 point = 1.33 hours<br>• Rate covers drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and phone calls to patients and doctors<br>• Required credentials: Current CA PTA License, BLS, Driver&#39;s License, Auto insurance, Auto registration, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, and physical<br>• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission and cannot be added after confirmation</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This home health organization provides comprehensive rehabilitation therapy services throughout multiple counties in the Bay Area.
