CVOR Technologist Job in Petoskey, MI

McLaren Northern Michigan is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join our operating room team. You'll work 3x12-hour day shifts and support a wide range of surgical procedures, from routine elective cases to critical, life-saving interventions.

What You'll Do

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams across orthopedic, neurological, general, robotic-assisted (da Vinci Xi), urology, gynecology, and endovascular/vascular procedures
• Support general elective surgeries and acute critical procedures
• Work with advanced surgical techniques and cutting-edge surgical tools
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adherence to facility protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Certified Surgical Tech experience
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Demonstrated experience in the surgical specialties listed above
• ENT experience preferred
• Skills checklist completion required within one year of application

Schedule & Expectations

• Primary schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts
• One night of call per week
• One weekend per month: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Strict attendance policy enforced—three occurrences of absence or tardiness (more than 20 minutes late) will result in immediate termination

Compensation & Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $1,560
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 2, 2026
