<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work under general supervision delivering physical therapy services in an outpatient setting<br>• Evaluate patient needs, determine goals, and develop treatment plans in accordance with Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act<br>• Treat patients using appropriate therapeutic interventions<br>• Participate in team and interdisciplinary meetings<br>• Demonstrate competency in treating multiple patient populations within acute care setting<br>• Must treat at least 1 high risk patient population<br>• Manage average caseload per productivity standards set by facility<br>• Must be proficient in treating at least 2 high risk patient populations per hour<br>• On-call schedule to be determined by facility<br>• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility<br>• 1+ years of current Physical Therapy experience required<br>• BS, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required<br>• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required<br>• Acute care experience highly preferred<br>• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required<br>• Must demonstrate proficiency in use of standardized tests to support documentation<br>• Basic computer skills and proficiency in EMR navigation required<br>• Excellent written and oral communication skills required<br>• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills<br>• Ability to prioritize and schedule patients utilizing time efficiently</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care across multiple specialties.
