Job Details:

• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Stepdown experience mandatory; critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Float position supporting multiple units including ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
• Will float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, PCU, ER hold, ER, psych and inpatient rehab
• May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to ER depending on experience
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within nursing team
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS preferred
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of offer acceptance
