Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, TN is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. You will care for adult and geriatric patients with general medical-surgical conditions, including neuro/stroke, post-operative, and telemetry patients on a 36-bed unit with a daily census of 29.

Schedule & Pay

• 3x12 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (schedule subject to change based on manager needs)
• 4x12 hour shifts (48 hours) available as an option
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 29, 2026

Responsibilities

• Patient ratios: 1:5–6 during days; 1:5 during nights and weekends
• On-call shifts and weekend rotation as needed
• May float between like units and campuses within 20-mile radius
• Holiday work required for end-of-year holidays

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license complying with NLC guidelines
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience (strictly enforced)
• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment completed
• BLS certification required
• Telemetry and IV start experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Large hospital experience preferred
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
