OR Registered Nurse Job in Weston, FL

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, providing perioperative care with a focus on liver and transplant procedures. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 18, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 day shifts, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
• Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
• Weekly pay: $2,300.40

Role Requirements

• 2 years of direct liver and transplant OR nursing experience required
• Strong experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures (non-negotiable)
• Demonstrated competency in both organ implantation and procurement
• Proficiency with MISONIX/CUSA equipment
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Willingness to participate in training students and new staff

Required Credentials at Submission

• RN degree
• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• All RTO (Regulatory Training Oversight) documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine screen (smoke-free facility requirement)

Certifications to Obtain Before Start

• NIHSS certification
• Time-sensitive modules (6–15 hours average)

Onboarding

• 40 hours of orientation provided
• EKG and pharmacy testing during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• EPIC charting system training
