Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work in a Level One Trauma Center with a 26-bed Operating Room unit
• Available shifts: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Evenings 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, or Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement: 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements: One overnight call shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for Trauma call; specialty team call scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Level One trauma experience required
• Must be able to independently navigate multiple vendors
• Must be proficient in scrubbing complicated total joint revisions, robotics, and ortho poly traumas
• Preferred experience in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular
• Required certification: CST
• Equipment used: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
• EMR system: Epic
• Teal scrubs issued by the hospital
• Must be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
