Radiation Therapist Job in Fort Dodge, IA

Join the team at UnityPoint Trinity Regional Medical Center as a Radiation Therapist. You will work as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, contributing your professional and clinical knowledge to patient treatment and outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments as part of the oncology team
• Collaborate with physicians, medical physicists, and nursing staff on patient care plans
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Complete skills checklist within one year of start date

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year current Radiation Therapy experience
• ARRT certification and BLS (AHA) certification
• Valid Iowa state license
• Supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Taxable address outside 50 miles from facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Varian TrueBeam experience (willing to teach if needed)
• Previous travel healthcare experience

• Schedule: 5x8 days, orientation begins every Monday

• Weekly pay: $2,937.60
• On-call rate: $9/hour
• Charge/Preceptor differential: $6/hour
