Operating Room RN Job in Fort Myers, FL

Health Park Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an 89-day travel assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
• No on-call required
• Weekly pay: $2,139.19

Role & Responsibilities

You will provide surgical nursing care for adult and pediatric patient populations across multiple surgical services. You will support ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. You are expected to function as core staff within the unit.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Degree accreditation on profile or 5 years of experience
• Prior travel experience highly preferred
• CNOR certification preferred

Important Considerations

• Floating required — travelers are first to float and may float to sister campuses
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission
• Electronic medical record system: Epic
