MRI Technologist Job in Craig, CO

Memorial Regional Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our imaging department on a day shift basis. This is a permanent position offering $2,350 weekly.

About the Role

You will perform MRI procedures according to established protocols, demonstrating advanced knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating MRI equipment consistent with manufacturer specifications
• Performing imaging procedures in multiple modalities, including CT, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-arm work
• Maintaining strict radiation safety standards and adhering to ALARA principles
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating with service engineers as needed
• Documenting accurate patient records in the EHR system, including procedure charges and supply tracking
• Assisting with cross-training of imaging staff members
• Supporting clerical duties, phone reception, and patient transportation as required
• Managing supply inventory, ordering, and restocking imaging supplies

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT registration in Radiology (R), CT, and MRI required
• Current BLS certification
• Two years of prior experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist, CT, and MRI Technologist preferred
• Cross-training experience in DEXA and Mammography preferred
• Experience with PACS and RIS/HIS electronic records systems preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work call, overtime, and holiday shifts as needed

This position is based in Craig, CO at Memorial Regional Health. The assignment is 91 days, with a start date of October 12, 2026.
