Telemetry RN Job in Des Moines, IA

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. This is a travel position offering the flexibility and earning potential you're looking for in your next assignment.

Position Overview

You'll provide direct patient care in our Telemetry department, monitoring cardiac rhythms and supporting patients with complex medical conditions. Your clinical judgment and attention to detail will be essential as you work alongside an experienced healthcare team.

Schedule and Duration

• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: April 26, 2026
• Every other weekend shift required
• Every other holiday shift required

Compensation

You'll earn $2,007.72 per week for this assignment. Travel assignments provide the opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience while maintaining control over your schedule and earning potential.

What We're Looking For

You must hold a current RN license valid in Iowa. Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing is valuable, though we welcome nurses looking to develop expertise in this specialty. You should be comfortable with night shift work and weekend/holiday rotations, and ready to integrate quickly into our team.
