Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Nursing in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 4x10 hour shifts, days rotation
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• $2,933.28 weekly pay
• Every other weekend required
• On-call requirement with rotating coverage for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Role Responsibilities

• Work as RN Circulator in diagnostic and interventional PCI environments
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Provide conscious sedation under physician direction
• Assess vitals, manage sterile supplies, and document in EPIC
• Cross-train to run hemodynamics in monitor tech role
• Float within the service line as needed

Experience and Certifications Required

• Minimum 2 years RN experience with Level 1 trauma and high-volume, high-acuity Cath Lab work
• Interventional scrub experience required
• Minimum 1 year of EP (Electrophysiology) experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Must pass Relias EKG exam

Equipment and Conditions

• Work with specialized equipment including Impella, IABP, and EPIC documentation system
• Handle top diagnoses including AMI, chest pain, heart failure, NSTEMI, aortic stenosis, V-Tach, endocarditis, atrial fibrillation, peripheral vascular disease, and sick sinus syndrome
• Navy scrubs required
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed during assignment
• Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility
