ICU Registered Nurse Job in Keene, NH

Cheshire Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its 10-bed Intensive Care Unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, offering 3x12-hour night shifts at $2,436.48 per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III Trauma facility serving adolescent to geriatric populations
• Manage 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratios in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Monitor and maintain arterial lines, IV drips, ventilators, and hemodynamic support
• Administer vasopressors and other critical medications
• Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
• Cover every other weekend and holidays as assigned
• Charge nurse and preceptor duties preferred

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or valid compact license
• Minimum 2+ years of current ICU experience
• EPIC electronic health record system experience
• Proficiency with arterial line management, IV drips, ventilators, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications

Assignment Details

• No block scheduling accommodated
• All requested time off (maximum 5 days) must be noted at submission
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Personal vehicle required for transportation
• All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
