Med Surg RN Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as an RN in inpatient rehabilitation at CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 91-day travel position starting July 6, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,102.40.

Schedule and Shift Details

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Mostly weekend scheduling requirements
• Patient ratios of 5–6 patients per shift

Unit and Patient Population

You will provide care on a 65-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit organized across 4 connected units. Patients include those recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputation, and other rehabilitation needs. The facility operates two dialysis rooms with Mission Hospital nurses providing dialysis procedures.

Responsibilities and Support

• No floating required—all units are connected and interchangeable
• CNAs are available on all shifts to assist with patient care
• Unit secretary support available for 11 hours of each shift
• Documentation performed in Meditech

Equipment and Resources

You will work with specialized equipment including IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, and life vests.

Requirements

• RN degree required
• Current BLS certification required
• Med-Surg and rehabilitation experience preferred
